Shipping Policy


Upon delivery, our delivery partners will ask to see the receiver’s ID to ensure he or she is 21 or older. The receiver will also be required to sign for the order. If you are unable to be home, we will make two additional attempts to deliver your order, and then it will be held at the shipper’s distribution center. 

Unfortunately P.O Boxes are not permitted as state law requires adult signature at delivery. 


Please note: Due to current COVID19 climate, both Fedex & UPS (along with other major carriers) have removed their guaranteed times for their expected delivery dates. 

Our goal is to process and ship orders the same business day when received before 8 a.m. local time. Shipping orders placed after 8a.m. local time will ship the following business day; those placed after 8 a.m. on Friday will ship the following Monday, regardless of delivery method.


In any event where the shipment is returned to our warehouse after multiple attempts for delivery with our shipping carrier (FEDEX or UPS), there will be a fee total to a minimum 25% of total cost or $50 per bottle (whichever is lowest) for redeliveries. This includes undamaged returns.
